At New Rajadhani Spices, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in packaging and delivering our products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of food products and spices, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be provided only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect product

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.

3. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability. Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.

5. Non-Refundable Items

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
